Wardrobe support
Something went wrong. Here is where to say so.
One address, answered by the people who wrote the app. There is no ticket number and no queue position, because there is no call centre — there is us.
What to put in the message
Write it however you like — but these four things are the difference between a reply and a round of questions:
- What you were doing, in the order you did it.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- Your phone and its operating-system version.
- The app version, and the installation ID if Settings shows you one. The ID is how we find your crash reports; without it we are reading every tester’s at once.
Do not send photographs of your closet. We never need them, and they are the one thing the app is built never to send us on its own.
Send it from inside the app instead
Wardrobe has a feedback screen, and it shows you the exact payload before it sends anything — you read it, then you decide. It carries what you typed and the app version, nothing from your closet. The privacy policy lists every field.
Deleting what we hold
Turn diagnostics off in Settings. The app deletes the reports it is holding on your phone and asks our server to delete everything recorded for your installation; you do not have to write to us to make that happen.
If you would rather ask a person, write to hello@kettleandhaven.com with the installation ID shown in Settings and we will delete it by hand. If you have already uninstalled the app, say so — the ID is gone with it, and we will need the approximate dates instead.
What we cannot do
We cannot recover a closet without a completed backup and its recovery key. In the beta, open Backup & recovery on a fresh installation, enter your saved key, and choose a backup. Recovery refuses to overwrite a closet you have already started. We cannot reset a lost key. Never send your recovery key to support or put it in feedback.
Wardrobe is in a closed beta, so we cannot yet point you at a store listing or a refund route. The app’s page says where it has got to.
