Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Kettle & Haven LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. "We" and "us" on this page mean the company.

Kettle & Haven builds and operates a portfolio of separate branded products. This page covers the company site itself; anything you pay for is covered by the terms for a paid job at /terms/orders.

What this site is

This site describes the company, lists its brands, and hosts a set of tools. Most of what is here is free: those tools read your file inside the page and send us nothing.

Some jobs on this site are paid, and those are ordered here — you send us the files, we run the job on our server, and you download the result. Those orders are not covered by this page.

Paid jobs have their own terms

If you order a paid job on this site, your contract is with the company on the terms at /terms/orders, together with the scope contract you are shown before you pay. That page states what we warrant, what happens to the files you upload, and when you get your money back. This page does not change or add to it.

Where a brand has a storefront somewhere other than this site, that storefront states its own price, its own terms, and its own contact.

Using this site

• Content on this site is ours; brand names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us will be heard in the courts of Colorado.
