A year behind doesn’t have to stay that way.

A defined year.
An honest result.
Choose your bank or card CSV exports, name the accounts you own, and select the layout that matches each file’s columns and signs. Add a previous merchant/category mapping if you have one.
The limit is 10,000 transaction rows and an 8 MiB upload ZIP. Each CSV can be up to 4 MiB. Dates must be ISO or US month/day/year. PDFs, foreign currencies and unsupported export layouts are refused.
Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One, Amex, Mercury and Relay profiles cover the specific layouts listed during intake. Check the actual columns; bank branding alone does not establish compatibility.

Questions stay
visible.
Unknown purposes stay unanswered. Overlapping exports and matched own-account transfers stay visible in the full ledger and are excluded from category totals. Confirm overlap candidates against the linked source rows.
You see the share of transactions needing your answer. Above 15%, the pack needs further buyer input before it can stand alone. A file with no categorized business rows cannot be purchased.
QuickBooks and Xero files contain categorized business rows only; they are not complete bank statements and do not install bank rules. Preview the signs and categories before import.
This prepares cash books for your confirmation. No tax return, deduction determination, tax advice or filing is included.
