One ZIP with an HTML report, a text copy and a quotation manifest. Each finding has its original words, filename and page. Conflicting passages stay side by side.
- The quoted detailsFourteen categories covering assessments, reserves, litigation, insurance, leasing, pets, fees, unit violations, deficits and estoppel figures.
- The unanswered questionsMissing categories list the pages searched. Blank or unreadable pages are named. An absent passage is never treated as “none.”
- A conditional date countFor supported Florida condo and Virginia resale circumstances, using dates, contract scope and holidays you confirm. Missing answers mean no date is shown.

The report quotes passages; it does not decide what a clause means or whether an association is financially sound. It gives no purchase recommendation, legal conclusion or operative cancellation deadline. It does not issue a certificate or prepare an estoppel.
Unprocessed uploads expire after 24 hours. Packet and report data for completed orders may remain for up to seven days after delivery, or less when you request deletion. There is no association-history storage.
