Self-managed associations · Virginia and Texas
Your board’s records.
One organized resale draft.
When a property changes hands, your board needs to account for the required disclosures. Check the inputs, see what is missing, and bring your association’s answers and documents together in a draft you can review.
Your board completes, verifies, signs, issues and delivers the certificate.
$29.00 one-time, per resale draft
Check my board’s draftWhat you receive
A packet your board can inspect.
Disclosure draft and checklist
HTML, print-ready HTML and text versions. Each required item points to your answer or attachment. Missing inputs are marked clearly and block checkout.
Fee and date checks
Your proposed fees are checked against supported state ceilings and your eligibility attestations. A conservative delivery target uses the request and planned delivery dates you supply.
Your original documents
Governing documents and board-prepared financial records are included unchanged, with an inventory and file hashes. Their contents are not verified or summarized.
Virginia’s official form
Supply the current supported DPOR template. Receive an editable partial prefill of 13 named text fields, with a transfer receipt. Your board completes all remaining fields and checks the whole form.
Who this covers
Built around your board’s responsibility.
Supported associations
Self-managed Virginia property owners’ associations and condominiums, and Texas subdivision property owners’ associations. You must be authorized by the board; Virginia board service must be uncompensated.
What is refused
Managed associations, Texas condominiums, cooperatives and other states. Unsupported files, fees above the supported ceilings, a revised Virginia form and missing required inputs cannot proceed to checkout.
What remains with the board
Accurate answers, complete document contents, form completion, financial preparation, signatures, issuance, delivery and any association fee collection. This service provides no legal advice or representation and does not decide that a packet is ready to issue.
Before you begin
Gather your questionnaire and records.
One ZIP, up to 20 MiB compressed, 40 MiB expanded and 80 entries: questionnaire.json plus its referenced PDF or UTF-8 text documents in docs/. Each document is limited to 8 MiB; the questionnaire is limited to 256 KiB. Virginia requires the unmodified official DPOR form. Required inputs must be present before checkout.
The questionnaire records the association and property, state and association type, dates, delivery format, board authority, proposed fees and the state-specific answers. Document answers must name their attached files. Bring the questionnaire already filled in; an in-page questionnaire editor is not included.
For Virginia, obtain the official DPOR resale form and include it unmodified. The supported form is version 5, dated July 1, 2025; a changed file is refused pending review.
Rule checks were verified September 23, 2026 and support preparation through December 31, 2026. Check the applicable Virginia disclosures or Texas resale requirements with your board.
