Keep your questionnaire in its received format. Put your text policies, configuration exports and any prior answer library into evidence.zip. Text policies need named sections such as “Backups” or “Multi-factor authentication”; use Markdown headings in the text export.

Fill in this scope form, then place the downloaded request.json, your questionnaire and evidence.zip together in one ZIP. The form is prepared on this page; your records are sent only after the separate upload confirmation below.

Use the same organization and product name when you reuse your library. CSV files must be UTF-8. Evidence may be Markdown, text, PDF text exports or supported JSON configuration records; binary PDFs are not accepted.

One ZIP up to 16 MiB: your CSV or Excel questionnaire, evidence.zip and the scope form prepared above. Up to 2,000 questions; 8 MiB per file. Protected or formula-bearing worksheets and binary PDFs are refused.

This file is sent to our server so we can run the paid report on it. It is deleted after 30 days, or sooner if you delete it. The free tools on this site never send your file anywhere.
