Keep the differences and the evidence.

Partial deliveries

Distinct receipt records add together. See what is still missing and where an invoice exceeds the quantities in your supplied receipts.

Exact prices and identifiers

Match the vendor, order and line IDs you supply. Compare invoice unit prices against the order in exact cents.

Unresolved records stay visible

Duplicates, incompatible units and invalid related rows block agreement for that line. Nothing is silently chosen or discarded.

One CSV from your own records.

Use our documented columns in this order. This is our input format, rather than a vendor’s export schema.

record_type,record_id,vendor_id,po_number,line_id,item_id,unit,quantity,unit_price,currency

Use order, receipt or invoice rows. Record IDs are unique within each type; identifiers and units match exactly. Use positive whole-unit quantities, USD prices with up to two decimal places, and blank receipt prices. Up to 10,000 records and 4 MiB.

One report you can keep.

Your ZIP contains the comparison CSV, refused-row CSV, an offline review page, a hashed manifest and the original input. The page opens on your computer without an account or connection.

This comparison covers the snapshot you supply. Returns, credits, taxes, freight, authenticity and missing exports remain outside the comparison. It does not approve or submit a payment.
