Supplier files. Clear decisions.

A new price list should not become your next spreadsheet project.

Two focused workflows for the files already on your desk. Confirm the columns, review the result, and keep the decisions that belong to you.

Rule version: supplier-workflows/v1-2026-09-22

UPDATE ONLY, USD store: source-SKU mapping and each-pack units require confirmation. Cost per item is the only field this changes intentionally.

Shopify's CSV update requires URL handle and Title on every row this offer emits (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/import-export/using-csv); Title, Option name(s) and Option value(s) are included as REQUIRED IDENTITY, not as intended changes. Retail price, description, images, inventory, publication and every other unrelated field are omitted, not blanked. Missing supplier rows are not deletion instructions.

STALE-BASELINE RISK: the Title/Option values in this file are read from the store export you supplied. If the live product's title or option values changed after that export was taken, re-importing this file will overwrite the live values back to this file's (now stale) baseline. Re-export your store before importing if you are not certain nothing changed.

This compares supplied exports, not a live store; review their age/completeness and Shopify import preview before importing.

1 changed variants; 2 supplier rows reviewed; 0 store rows outside the supplier list; 0 blank-SKU ancillary rows retained only in the supplied baseline.

Know before you start

A defined task.
A result you can review.

What the first version accepts

Two UTF-8, comma-separated CSV files. Up to 2,000 rows, 64 columns, 60,000 cells and 2 MiB per file. USD prices, explicit whole pack counts, and exact identifiers. Workbook and PDF conversion are not included.

What stays in your hands

You confirm each column and inspect the preview before accepting a scope. Catalog updates are for existing SKUs in a USD store, with explicit “each” units. No live-store connection, automatic imports, guessed identifiers, automatic rounding, or background monitoring.

How your files are processed

These hosted journeys send the files to our server only after you confirm the transfer disclosure. Uploads are retained for up to 30 days; delivered reports for seven days, or sooner when you request deletion. The existing free browser tools remain separate and unchanged.

When there is nothing to buy

An unsupported catalog update or a file with no cost changes does not receive a priced scope. A cost review needs at least one comparable, uniquely identified USD quote; unresolved records stay visible.
