Run it on your own file
Pick a file and it runs here, in this page.
Your file is read in this page and is never sent to us. Close the tab and it is gone.
Running your own file needs scripting turned on. The result above, and every word on this page, do not.
What it does
Totals each category inside each week, and gives you the week's total and the grand total.
It will not It reports the weeks your file contains. It does not fill in a week with no rows in it.
Adds every amount in whole cents, so the column totals and the grand total agree to the cent.
It will not It will not round a figure to make a column balance. A row it cannot read as an amount is listed, not estimated.
Lists every row with a date or an amount it could not read, with the line number from your file.
It will not It will not guess at a date written in a shape it does not know.
What it will and will not do
- CSV, with a header row
- Up to 5,000 rows and 2 MB, one file at a time.
- Dates in YYYY-MM-DD. A date in any other shape is listed back to you, untouched.
- Amounts in dollars and cents, with or without a currency sign. Everything is added in whole cents.
Your version
Three questions about the work, not about you. All optional, and there is no account.
If you want us to do it
$149.00 version 2026-09-14
One report on one export, up to 50,000 rows, mapped to your own date, category and amount columns, every amount added in whole cents, plus the mapping you keep and can run on the next export. Priced as a guess; nobody has bought it.
A price we have guessed at. Nobody has bought this, and the version is on the record.
The paid version runs on our server, not in this page: you send one export, confirm which columns are the date, the category and the amount, see the totals before you pay, and download the report with a configuration file that runs it again on next month’s export. It is one report each time you run it, not a subscription.
