Merchant statement fee review

Compare consecutive monthly statements. Receive a fee ledger and a report of changes, with the statement lines beside each finding.

Each statement has name, media_type and content, inside a statements array. Text uses the headings Merchant ID, Processor, Statement Month, Currency, Processing Volume and Total Fees, followed by fee lines such as Statement Fee | 5.00. CSV uses the documented normalized columns; a processor’s native export is not automatically supported. Put PDFs in the package as base64 content with media type application/pdf. If PDF reading is unavailable, use a supported text or CSV export instead. See the input example and limits.

Bring your statements together.

One JSON package, up to 8 MiB, containing 2–24 consecutive monthly statements for one merchant and processor, USD only. Each statement is at most 1 MiB. Use the supported text or normalized CSV layout; selectable-text PDFs are accepted only when PDF reading is available. Scans and unsupported layouts are refused. Uploads and results expire after seven days. Remove cardholder and bank account details first.

This file is sent to our server so we can run the paid report on it. It is deleted after 7 days, or sooner if you delete it. The free tools on this site never send your file anywhere. Your original files are also included in your download. That download is kept for 7 days after delivery, or until you delete it.
