Know which
fees changed.

A new charge. A higher quoted rate. A one-time fee that came back. Put the changes next to the statement lines that explain them.

back to your processor.

  1. A cited change report

New fee lines, monthly changes and quoted price changes where your statements supply the facts. Each finding points back to a page and line.

  2. Your monthly fee ledger

Fee totals, processing volume and effective rates, plus CSV records. Fee lines must add up to the stated total before a comparison is priced.

  3. The evidence alongside it

Unrecognized lines, the fee dictionary, a manifest and your original statement package. Download everything in one ZIP.

Before you begin

Bring the history you want compared.

One JSON package, up to 8 MiB, containing 2–24 consecutive monthly statements for one merchant and processor, USD only. Each statement is at most 1 MiB. Use the supported text or normalized CSV layout; selectable-text PDFs are accepted only when PDF reading is available. Scans and unsupported layouts are refused. Uploads and results expire after seven days. Remove cardholder and bank account details first.

Supported processor labels include Square, Stripe, First Data/Fiserv/Clover, Worldpay, TSYS, Heartland and Elavon. These labels do not mean every native export from those processors can be read.

Supported text package example

This invented two-month example shows the required JSON structure. Save your own statements in this shape; include all fee lines and the original stated totals. The report preserves the package you submit.

For text, separate fee fields with a vertical bar. Optional fields after amount are rate in basis points, unit fee, count, basis, one-time marker and stable fee ID. For normalized CSV, use record,label,amount,rate_bps,unit_fee,count,basis,one_time,id, with metadata rows for merchant, processor, month, currency, volume and total fees, followed by fee rows. PDFs must contain selectable text in this supported layout, encoded as base64 with media_type: application/pdf. If PDF reading is unavailable, submit a supported text or CSV export instead.

A comparison of your records.

We do not recommend a processor, negotiate fees or promise savings. Twelve-month figures are comparison scenarios; overlapping findings cannot be added together. Missing facts stay missing.

Each order covers the statement period you supply. There is no account connection or automatic monitoring. Uploads and results expire after seven days; you can request deletion sooner. Keep your download and bring your history with the next comparison.
