One UTF-8 JSON file containing your structured prior report and current CSV records, up to 2 MiB and 5,000 combined rows. Form revision 09/2025; Part I sections A and B only. Raw PDF, XLSX and ZIP files are refused.

Prior report and current records (JSON)

This file is sent to our server so we can run the paid report on it. It is deleted after 7 days, or sooner if you delete it. The free tools on this site never send your file anywhere. Your original files are also included in your download. That download is kept for 7 days after delivery, or until you delete it.
